About 4:12 Network™

Our Vision & Mission

The 4:12 Network™ connects churches to individuals and resources that will help train the saints in the work of ministry (Ephesians 4:12, HCSB).

Equipping and encouraging church leaders by connecting ministry specialists with ministry needs.

Guiding Principles

The guiding principles of the 4:12 Network™ come from Ephesians 4:11-14. God gave the church "apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and teachers, for the training of the saints in the work of ministry, to build up the body of Christ." (Ephesians 4:11-12)

The goal of the training is:

Unity—in faith and in the knowledge of God's Son. (Eph. 4:13)

Spiritual Maturity—as measured by Christ's fullness. (Eph. 4:13)

Doctrinal Stability—no longer tossed . . . and blown around by every wind of teaching. (Eph. 4:14-15)

Growth—of the body, the church. (Eph. 4:16)
